great!!
eKantipur reports on 24th April 2009 that two franchise KFC and Pizza Hut will open at Kathmandu in September.
I guess, I should be happy with this news. Right? Pizza Hut is bit better, never loved any pizza from this place though, but is an ok place to eat when I am hungry and no where else to eat and want to eat cheap. Cheese stick and the bread stick are also ok.
KFC is even cheaper but even more gross. Chicken tastes the same all the time, weird, light on spices sauce in a packet. Fries are different here but, what I used to think when I was back home about: McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dominos, all these fast food places, when I didn’t had chance to eat them, was totally different. I wanted to eat there, so bad. I hoped the food would be good and tasty.
I still eat there but very rarely. These are the places, I guess, made Americans obese. I don’t want people from Kathmandu to be one. If I were in Kathmandu right now and given an option to eat Bakery Cafe’s mo:mo: or at Pizza Hut/KFC, I would, hands down choose the earlier, as I now know the difference. I am hungry for for Bakery Cafe’s mo:mo: almost everyday and have to bury it in my mind with not so good mo:mo from the Taste of Himalayas, here in Berkeley. That is the best mo:mo: I can find here in East Bay.
Well, granted it will be a new place in Kathmandu to go and have some food with new taste, but I’d rather.
But beware mo:mo: from Bakery Cafe, Michung, and momo Magic, and so:, when I will be back in Kathmandu, I WILL eat you all. muhahaha muhahahahaha……….
